Team,

In order to support the City of Los Alamitos who administers our aquatic facilities the club is asking for your cooperation.  We request that all athletes who use the base locker rooms follow these few simple guidelines. 

- Please keep your showers to less than 5 minutes.  We need to do our part in reducing the costs incurred by our use of the facilities as much as possible and shorter showers will help. 

- Be quick and BE QUIET.  To be as courteous as possible to our hosts (base personnel) we ask that all SBSC members conduct their business in the locker rooms as quietly as possible. 

While we strongly encourage parents of younger children to closely monitor their locker room use we are asking all parents who visit the base during swim practice to take one quick stroll through the appropriate locker room to ensure that our team is complying with these guidelines.  If you find a young person who needs reminding of our policies please be gentle.  If you feel they still have an issue please let a coach or board member know as soon as possible and they will deal with the situation appropriately.

As always, we invite suggestions on changing/improving these guidelines.  Just let your friendly, neighborhood board member know.
